As I understood from the latest patch notes, nuking between moons would now be possible as long as they are orbiting the same celestial body. Haven't been able to play yet though, thus can't confirm.
I liked your comment partially just because of your avatar (mini moose!)...but yeh the patch notes say nukes between moons are now a go.
As long as you don't run away to a neighbouring planet and start stock piling nukes to rain fiery vengeance on your opponent, only to discover you aren't on an orbiting moon at all. FACEPALM
Yeah they should really extend it to anything in range of the maximum possible orbit. Like a moon (M) orbiting the sun, passing by Planet (P) with orbiting body (B). As long as M is in the orbiting range between P and B, both P and B should be able to nuke that. It would need some notification that there's a window of opportunity though, and implementing that won't be as easy as the latest extention. It would make great sense though. Nyah!
Really like that game mode. Next time have some more experienced players maybe that play a bit more aggressive. Can't wait to try this out myself.
Poor Zaphod, the man just wanted to fight, but some unknown evil was slowly wiping out everyone. Thankfully their sacrifices, and the unknown threat's insistence on engaging at Zaphod's strongest point (the lake) meant that he had time to pick up an easy win. It was actually quite a fun video, despite the lack of action, simply due to the way everyone was dying to an unknown enemy before you could reach them
Wait what the actual carnal verbs? A massive range buff to nukes? So the antinuke is now completely not worth building at all?
Yeah I realised it would be a little confusing. I don't mean damage range I mean how far it can shoot. Is that what you meant?
Lol it was just how it was illustrated. No that's ok. I thought that was a splash of 5000 instead of 2000.
