After Ubers support very quickly provided me with an invoice to satisfy the german taxcollection people I got my stuff now, especially the poster has a very nice place on a wall to my right from where I sit . It's btw 61cm height and 46cm width.


My game box was also a little damaged, the thin paper didn't like the long travel I guess, but nothing too serious I guess.

So I finally got to make a video of me opening my box of goodies, with the help of my 2 year old daughter. Am I supposed to upload to Youtube or does Uber want them sent in or something else? Uber, what do you want?! lol

Well, what can I say? That stuff is awesome, I believe that most, even the critics, will now say that it was worth the waiting time! Definitely would be picking up collectors stuff for your next big game (Human Resources, PLLLEEAAASE!) next kickstarter + maybe you got some of your PA-stuff left to offer it then as well...

But she could have been born on the day of the start of the Alpha...

Probably not the best place to ask this but I didn't know where else:

I've got a letter a couple of weeks ago from customs saying that they needed a bill or proof of payment with more details about the contents of the reward package. As stated in the FAQ I contacted support@uberent.com with this request on the 3rd of July, but till now I still didn't get an answer and trying to track the status of my support ticket results in an error on the page. Anyone know who I could contact about this? Just worried that if it's at customs too long they will send it back which will result in an even longer waiting time and extra costs.

the german customs officer give me "only" the T-Shirts.
The Collector´s Game Box with the 3x mini´s and the usb drive will be tested.

The categorie of testing is "Toys" the need a "CE" sign on the usb drive.
