I finished it. it's the best series I've seen in awhile. third episode was my favorite. you'll probably also love all the Australian references thrown in there. and the parallels to trump are quite hilarious.
Anybody head about the LeafyisHere vs H3H3 drama coming up just recently? H3H3 to Leafy Leafy to H3H3 H3h3 Response https://m.reddit.com/r/h3h3productions/comments/4birmk/in_response_to_pyros_video/ TL : DR Leafy made a video insulting someone who is autistic, guy gets death threats and etc. H3H3 brings it up saying it was wrong and that Leafy has devolved into being a clickbait youtuber. Leafy released a response showing off private convos between him and H3H3 trying to make him look bad, showing he was insulting Pyro, and also sending said convos to Pyro out of context. H3H3 released full convo and now people realize Leafy was just the same in the convos. Making Pyros reaction to H3H3 look bad. Huge **** show. Which has really blown up.
Why SAO sucks: Starts off with a great idea, rushes through it, ends the original premise halfway the season and then goes on with something completely different. never felt so cheated. (not sure if the video says the same, but this is my 30-second version) EDIT: scratch that. Jarhead. **** Jarhead. Never felt so cheated. SAO is the first time i felt Anime cheated me.
almost fuking true if it wern't for those one in a million exceptions. first off: almost no amine movie has had the luxury of displeasing me. second: in series I actually enjoy : OUTLAW STAR (those were the days! wish all anime would cut the bullshit and get straight to the point like that one!), Evangelion, cowboy beepbob, and some others. I went into detail on this in our manga/anime thread.
YuYu Hakusho had DBZ escalation, but it felt "planned" in the beginning so the escalation wasn't unrealistic. Even in the beginning, it was admitted he was fighting up to B class demons, that A class were almost nonexistant in the human world because difficulty trafficking them with all their power and size, and a lot of interesting indirect plot compared to most anime "filler". Then again, DBZ used up most of it's realistic escalation in Dragonball, a truly better series, but less action, and less well known.
