I am locking this, as it is dissolving into a serious of personal attacks.
I think it would be very wise of Uber to make an official statement about this, so everybody understands what is okay and what is not.

Whereas this mod is awesome, we are asking that modders not use the custom commanders for mods as many of them are promised exclusively to our $1000 backers (who had the choice if they wanted to sell/share) and the others are for sale units. Feel free to use regular in game units scaled up, or, even cooler, bring in your own units!
