Derp was looking at the wrong file.

Facs build at 50 metal per second and use 2000 energy. Dox build in two seconds, tanks in four.

Updated textures for new units. Now have proper specular mask and construction wireframe.

"Lego brick" is supposed to be missile silos, but it will stay just decorative because of balance.
