Entirely possible, as the vanilla faction has the barge (Or whatever it's called, I never even used the unit, actually is the barge ingame? I've never seen it, just know about it. Shows how much I play naval.). May consider that @stuart98

Yeah, barge is in game. Also, if there was to be a submarine fabber I think it would be more interesting to have a submarine combat fabber. Leviathan reclaim xD

Combat reclaim was a legitimate use of T2 sub fabbers in TA.

Those naval factories have a nice TA look to them looking at the icons, especially the advanced one. Good job.

Kiwi, could you whip up a grey wizard icon?

I left the bottom right icons the same as the advanced vanilla turret so you can change those if you want.

Also I did not have the UV unwrapped model that zx0 made so i could not render with textures... but it is definitely not noticeable tbh

    Thanks.

Couldn't you have opened the papa up in blender, added the texture in there, and then rendered it in there? I'm pretty sure it's not one of the PAPAs that breaks in the blender importer.

    Differentiating your units from vanilla...

How about making one of your bombers a mine bomber?

Would make the air fabber almost obsolete. Sounds like a cool idea but once you remove the whole point of the air fabber being THE versatile construction unit then a lot of incentive to build air, especially in bigger games, is lost in favor of the hover fabber.
Also, update for Nicb1: I'll get around to the legion balancing asap, studying and family over the holidays have kept me rather busy.

as t 1.5 like orbital fabbers .. i personaly think there is room for such fabbers in the game as well as their own dedicated factory ... otherwise you will always have the problem of not getting (or VERY difficult) on land or see if you got isolated ..
lock down one territorial area + aircontrol .. no airfabber may help you and then it mostly comes down to nuke or titanrush .. also hoverfabbers may have much more units able to shoot them than airfabbers ...

Yeah, I do agree with that and it certainly does sound nice, although I don't think there are any plans for a T1.5 (even if there was I wouldn't condone it because it would present too much potential for competitive imbalance). Maybe as a T2 implementation? I would certainly like that.

A hover factory is a great idea. But at this point it's too late unfortunately. (a lot more work too)

Why don't you look at it not like something impossible to get in, and more like a possible "expansion" if you want to continue the mod in the future. I really see a lot of potential and maybe you could release it after all balancing has been done. Just like a proper expansion. I personally thin that if you get a more diverse gameplay with such thins you get nothing but an overall improvement.

Also, are the textures of the factories final? It seems to be really low quality right now for the yellow and black lines

The factory textures are the same resolution but the uv unwrap was not made for high detail on the platform, which is something i learned when it was too late. They will be up-resed in the client mod.
