[WIP][Client][Server] Junkyard Biome

    Release Thread

    Junkyard: A desert biome type, with lots of little reclaimable junk.

    Dump: A moon planet with less large reclaimable junk.

    Best played with few or no metal spots; goes well with other reclaim oriented mods.

    The repo has some extra files, but an archive should be usable. Repo is configured as a client mod, if you don't want to get grunt set up to make the server mod, some modinfo edits will be required.

    Playing Custom Biomes

    A client mod is needed for the system editor, server mod to actually play on it. When setting up human lobbies, I strongly recommend using a stock biome system until all players have joined and downloaded mods, and then changing the system.

    Pushed first pass at Junkyard. May still need burnable tweaking, and of course play testing.

    Cut metal values in half. Dump may be a little low, but it's easier to go up by using a larger planet, adding a few metal spots, standard commander, finite or minimal mex. Junkyard could be a tad high overall, but dropping individual elements affects scavenger efficiency and income rate.
