Well, those suggestions often help to make better effects. In this case it was actually impossible to polish the spark effect to the level I wanted it. I am glad for the alternative that looks awesome without feeling like a hack.

Hey man, I absolutely love this mod. I'm just wondering if you plan on adding more of your explosion and projectile effects to the all the missiles and bombers. I'm also wondering if you plan on adding a laser sound effect to the bolo/ant because the sound of a cannon with the visual of a laser is really throwing me off, not by much though. xD
I don't think sound modding is currently possible...
Aw lame. Not a problem though, the effects are worth it.
Not all the effects are lasers. Bolo and dox aren't firing lasers. They just happen to be glowing projectiles
Oh how I wish I could mod the sounds! xD Although that would probably be a stupendous amount of work.
Uber? Put everything @dom314 has done into vanilla pls (if he agrees ).
Uber just needs to provide the original .fdp file for FMOD and then we can use new sounds. There's a bunch of unused sounds in the game files.

one question i have is if you can allow some of doms effectmods to overwrite yours
as i rather still like the yellow shell effect for both the bolo and narval ... of course only if it aint too much trouble
Hi @MrTBSC, I think that has been the plan all along. The priority of this mod has been balanced to override the effects of other explosion effect mods. I'll talk to Alpha to see if we can figure out a way to make our mods work together!

The new units may need some input from you.
The Wyrm's bombs looked pretty underwhelming for how effective they were, the Storm Flak was so subtle that I thought they weren't attacking the Wyrms for a while. The Drifter also shares the Bolo shell or something like that. I haven't seen the others yet, and Atlas stomp doesn't need touching. Neither does Helios. I also saw Omega but I can't remember any of that so I have no suggestions for that one.
My Drifter suggestion is that you could give it a longer green shot to differentiate it from the Bolo, and the Storm Flak should look absolutely terrifying.
Yeap, I plan on adding effects for these units too. There is however a bit of a problem. I am still in the learning phase with regards to how mods will work with PA:Titans, but I am fairly certain that I will most likely end up having to split this mod into two versions; one for PA:Classic and one for PA:Titans.
A lot of the new units have effects which are great already. Some of the units I would add to the list though:
- The t2 hover boat could have it's effects updated
- Land hover titan, don't know it's name
- maybe the air missile effect trails being a bit longer
Separate names with a comma.
