Hey Mr. @sorian, I have witnessed the AI to build an antinuke, it was about 90% done, when suddenly all the fabbers gone elswhere and the antinuke started to decay. After couple seconds, another antinuke has started being build just couple meteres next to the original antinuke. EDIT: Oh and I saw the same happen with Umbrella. It was nearly finished and then suddenly abandoned and left to decay. Hope this helps!
