They play on the same team against the new people and they wonder why no one will join them? Wow, how dense are you guys?

krunk it's rarely happened. I mean it still happened, but from all the matches I have been in, we try to balance the teams as best as we could.

I wouldn't even think about blaming chron miracle or shammas for any in balances on teams, because the vast majority of the time, it's the new players attribute to it. Time and time again, I see newer players join and want to give it a try, but they won't talk, even when directly addressed. Tom started privates the other day and tried to balance the teams perfectly, but maybe 4-6 people simply didn't respond. We tried balancing the teams by skill/communication and the most important question of the privates, "who is limited to only playing one or two classes?" "who is willing to play any and all of the classes?"

we got no answer and it took more than 10 minutes. Tom made it very clear and almost word for word said that he wasn't asking these questions because we are going to make fun of anyone, or classify them lower than other players. We needed to know so we have the most balanced and fair games. It was at this point we were forced to give up.

these people do have mics btw. At the time I had no mic and communicated more than a lot of the new players that did.

Did you just say that people don't play competitively because they feel that they might just be too good for their team, or did I misread that? :?
