Many of us including myself are earlier to kickstarter supporters. So Why do i have to pay 16 dollaors for the expansion? I mean i had my Delta commander for a week or so then it was gone... No biggy. But the expansion is a biggy. So much for loyalty and taking care of your customers.. I'm not a troll or a person who rages.. Not at my age but wrong is wrong. FIX IT Uber.
See, I'm actually in agreement here for those who paid Over The Odds for PA. I don't mean everyone who ever bought PA mind, just the Alpha purchases who paid WAY over the standard game price.
If you paid Uber money during the kickstarter in any way you are can get a free titans key from them afaik?
It's not intentional, probably missed a few people. I'd suggest contacting support@uberent.com to settle this.
Has anyone received a response from the support e-mail? I tried contacting them a couple days ago to try and get it sorted out but still no response...

Our single support person, mkrater, has been swamped with the release. She will get to you, but I can't say how soon. Basically if someone used a different email address for your steam account and the original PA account the system lost track of the backer status. Simply relinking your original PlayFab (aka UberNet) account with your Steam can fix this sometimes.
