wish I could just think during my runs. would be slightly more productive than listening to the same old songs over and over again. I tried listening to one of the uber podcasts during one... it didn't work out too well
I drink a lot of coffee. Nothing like it to get the blood pumping in the morning. I should probably start working out again. Too much good food and nearly no exercise. And I'm getting into that age where you have to start looking after your health.
Its good to start early and with something light at first. IT does wonders to get a partner or join a class. getting social with working out makes it seem like a team effort instead of You VS your body. My Teacher is a super good motivator.
