Just a quick question, when we have a fault that seems to be common across OS's, should there be an individual Incident report raised for each OS, or just tag the additional information on the existing OS incident report? I ask this so that we can make sure it is tested across all OS's when a solution has been found.
Re: When there's a common fault betwn OS - New Incident Repo I think we don't need duplicates bugs for different OSes. Actually "Operation System" field is only important to know what OS you use when see it. I think it will be harder to track bugs if each bug will be reported multiple times just because of OS.
