Weapon sounds are a bit... "low key" (Boring)

    No, it makes perfect sense. It isn't mobile after set up (i.e not self propelled artillery) therefore it must be ...

    ...toad artillery. :)

    Yea, i suspect they don't have better sfx because of monetary or time constraint reasons?

    But then they also have these kool un-used biome ambient sounds in the fmod files. So i dno what the deal is..

    I'd agree that weapon effects, explosions definitely need more variety. These little things add so much personality to a game, and currently PA is sorely lacking in this regard. I generally don't like comparing it with TA and SupCom, but in both of those games I felt physical joy when artillery fired, or when something big blew up. Or ehen a battleship fired. PA just seems to lack that audiovisual punch at the moment.
