Weapon Ranges as Hard Limits (currently) vs probabilistic limits

"Edge Cases" doesn't mean(in this instance at least) what happens at the edge of a units range.

From Wiki; "An edge case is a problem or situation that occurs only at an extreme (maximum or minimum) operating parameter."

Basically if this system only has an effect on things 5% of the time, one must be really sure that 5% is really worth all the work needed to accomplish it.

Still though if you overlook that %5 you'll be saying fawk when you encounter it and it doesn't pan out correctly...
