Try pressing Ctrl+0 (zero) to reset zoom, or holding Ctrl & using the mouse wheel.
Alternatively, type "Text size" into the start bar, and open "Make Text and other items larger or smaller" and check if it's at 100%.

    Wow.

The default for Windows 8 has been 125%. That's the medium setting.

So in a word, this not only fixed the display issue, but also made it prompt me to install version 3.2.0.

    Fracking illogical computers.

Thanks Raevn XD You're the best. This has fixed a whole lot of annoying display issues also. I didn't notice before because I didn't muck around with the default.

It has directly increased my resolution while playing PA, and decreased the size of the UI.

    VICTORY!

Yeah, PAMM is broken with non 100% DPI settings.
You can still use it with the keyboard though :)

Suggestion for PAMM: Add a counter of available updates.
There are often updates under the fold and we rarely check them.

Yeah, yeah. I'm still missing features from raevn's last 3.2.0 version. Almost there.

You should build exe of your manager as well :) so people with funky internet explorer settings get in on the fun.

    Nope, because:
    • Having two pamms on the same platform will really create some confusion.
    • I would have no idea how to diagnose problems if they occur on Windows. Especially with all the firewall and antivirus stuff going on.
    • It would require some reprogramming and testing on my part and I don't like work.
    • Raevn's version is better anyway. (minus the update all button of course. :))

People should just unfunk their Internet Explorers. :)

So I'm always touchy about suspicious software that my anti-virus is detecting, and as I was expecting the installer was listed as malicious. I would think that people would say to run it anyways, but I'm not sure. I've been infected before. I'm not sure whether to install it or not.

It's just those heuristics they put in there. It goes something like this: Ahem... JAVASCRIPT PROGRAM DOWNLOADING STUFF FROM THE INTERNET... YAARGH! VIRUS!!

It's all text though, so you open the whole program in a text editor and look at the code if you want. I can guarantee you it's not a virus though.

By the way, which antivirus are you running. Panda Security by any chance?

Huh, go figure. That one is actually pretty good with its false-positive stuff.
But not infallible evidently, since this is definitely a false positive. Like @raevn said above, it's completely open source with the code available on GitHub. You can just also download the files from there instead of using the installer, but it's a bit of a pain.

By the way, it's always good to be suspicious. I hope you are satisfied with the answers you got.

Looks like the case of the folder name is different to the id in the modinfo.json.

Some other people have had the same warning. It is definitely not a virus and the code is available to look at if you want.
