if I would like to install a mod that is not supported by PAMM (like the template mod), where do I put it? Because once i used the new PAMM all mods in the old folder arent working anymore.

    %LOCALAPPDATA%\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation\mods

However the mod needs to be in the new mod format to work in that place.
You cannot just use "old" mods and "new" mods at the same time because the ui_mod_list.js is shadowed by pamm.
You could add your mod by hand into the ui_mod_list.js found in rPAMM, however that one will probably be overwritten every time you start pamm v3

This is the wrong path, Steam versions are in:

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Planetary Annihilation\PA.exe"

By pestering (nicely ;) ) the mod author.

Thanks for that, I'll correct it in the next version.

Interesting.. i updated the PAMM to the latest version, but now it doesn't detect any mods I had previously installed.

This is by design, as the location for mods has changed in the latest build.

I have a glitch where the top menu bar options are appearing behind the news box. I can't click on them either. Resizing the screen does nothing to remedy this as well.

PA can still use mods from this location, however support will eventually be dropped. To avoid conflicts or potential problems, I suggest you remove any existing mods you have there.

Looks like you're zoomed in - hold down ctrl and scroll outwards, and see if that corrects it. If not, look at your text zoom settings in windows (type "text size" in the start menu, and select "Make text and other items larger or smaller")
What version of Internet Explorer do you have installed?

Yeah, I know what it was now. I have a mac that is dual booted and since it has the retina screen the defaults to a higher resolution, I had the window scaling up. Anyway, it's fixed now. Thanks.

Is there a 3.03 release for OSX yet? I found the 3.01 release but searched this thread and can't find a 3.03 DMG anywhere. Thanks!

Don't get confused about the 3.0.x releases, eh? The 'x' part is only for bug fixes for that particular mod manager. They have complete feature parity. (well, except for auto-updating)
