*UPDATED* MNC Title Update is out now Discussion

Finally! woo, I gave the game a break waiting for the patch, a shame it has taken so long as it feels like no one is playing, every time i search for a match I am being placed in my own lobby on my own, some people join and then quit because it takes ages to fill. I'm on a fully open NAT so that should not be a problem.

Where is everyone?

Probably off playing better games because the length of the patch rollout kinda killed the community and how after the patch, it didn't really fix anything other than shooting the ball down.

Smoot, thank you for your amazing insight. There were over 50 changes in the Title Update and I would hardly call that not fixing anything other than shooting the ball down.

Diablohead, the reason you can't find a game is because we're experimenting with matchmaking ping times. Right now it's very aggressive and people with slower connections aren't able to find a match. We're going to update that later today and you should be able to find a game again. The idea is to find a right balance of low lag vs finding games.

I have noticed now that when juiced your healthbar will ill to maximum not just right when activating juice, but anytime your health begins filling. It makes the support invincible when he uses the hurt gun and allows a support to make anyone else that juices to stay at max health the whole time. I didn't see anything in the update about healing while juiced so this seems like a new glitch somehow.

Do you wanna know why i accuse you of cheating?
It is simply because you were at NO HEALTH. NO HEALTH WHAT SO EVER. And you survived 5 people unloading, clips, apon clips into your FACE. You made my buddy HogTurds rage quit. I have never seen that man ever get that mad before. You dirty little fuc*in cheater. THe only reason i got mad was because when people get on this game and cheat, when half of us work our damn ***' off. I find it unfair and quite rude. Get a life, rather than just cheating to win at a game.

ive never seen it myself, and i play with him daily. all i have to say on the matter is that if I was a cheater, i would act like i was better than everyones else because i KNEW that i had an advantage over everyone else.

I'm a long time player but this is my first post I wanted to just weigh in on the title update.
Really the only 2 things I really thought needed fixed bad was assassin glitching and getting split from your teammates.

The assassin glitching seems fixed which is great! But me and my friends are still getting our team split up. I may be wrong but it seems to happen most when one of us has host. I REALLY hope this can be fixed.

More of the same though, I do think the assassin needs a buff. I play all 6 classes equally and manage a little over a 2.0 k/d but as an assassin a 1 to 1 game is a good game. Now obviously there are going to be better assassin players than me and I've not mastered the class but if I can play all classes and only do bad at one of them its likely true that the class could use some work. JMO

I'd like to see something done about Juice though, it seems wrong that I can buy Juice for $500 and easily use it to take down a $1400 level 3 rocket turret. Maybe a good idea would be for it to cost more each time you get it, maybe increase in price by $500 each time.

Overall MNC still pwns, a true fix to group splitting is really important though and I hope it gets fixed soon.

Just throwing my 2 cents in on the title update,

As previously mentioned I've noticed the refilling health juice bug
not sure if intentional or not but I've seen it happen quite a few times,

as far as all the scrubs go
that claim everything has been nerfed and waaah 24/7

I've been messing around with every class except assassin
and haven't had any problems going positive in a match
even playing support which is a weak class for me
and tank as well
I've been doing fine.

Imo, the title date was needed,
yeah there's still some bugs oh well,
I still enjoy MNC and will continue to play.

I personally look forward to more patches/fixes
my only request
is don't let all the whining scrubs completely ruin the balance of the game.
I've seen sever games go downhill because too many people complained
this or that was OP'd due to their lack of skill.

And on host migration I haven't had any problems with it might have had
a host migrate fail like 3/20 games?

Either A. I'm an amazingly awesome genius who figured out how to cheat in a game HOURS after a patch was released to stop people from cheating. Or B.. I'm a good gunner who played against people who can't handle me, and I juiced all over their faces.

Just so I'm staying on topic. Uber people, have there even been any legitimate reports about people cheating after the patch? Honestly I never came across any of the so-called "all gold endorsement" kids before the patch, but so many people accused me of doing it so I figured maybe there were some cheaters out there. I haven't seen any form of cheating other than the assassin glitches, is there really a way to cheat to get all gold endorsements?

BTW Scented, after getting called a cheater so much I claim all Platinum endorsements. Rape.

After the title update I've noticed that when playing a game and I am host, somewhere in the middle of the game, everyone in the game gets booted, and it's just me and my son left. Before the title update i used to be host and there was no problem. Now, whenever i'm chosen as host the game kicks the entire team, only to invite 10 new players into the game, only to kick them, when the next game starts. I have a Comcast high speed fiber optic connection that runs at 22Mbps down and 8Mbps up. Never had a problem before, with any of my games.

I haven't noticed any cheating before or after the patch, but it's hard to tell, sometimes a guy just rocks ur face cuz he's playing better than you and sometimes he does because he is cheating, theres no real way to tell.

I've had a lot of no-lag, good hit detection games last night and today, some of the best I've had since day 1. I just got out of a 2 or 3 match run where the class icons was wrong on 1 or 2 players. The Sniper and someone else showed support's icon next to their names on the HUD.

Is it possible to add a "trade me" option in the lobby -if you pull the trigger and so does an opponent you will both switch teams. Maybe democracy can work out the match making?

You are definitely cheating. Either that, or you just got to me man. If you wanna play a private with some pals of mine that would sure like to snipe your face off, im game.

Get 4 pals and we'll show you how the game is meant to be played.

I haven't cheated in a video game since Goldeneye on N64. I'd be happy to play you and your friends, just let me know when you want to play and I'll see who I can get. I'll have my Gold Endorsements, so I could probably just take all your friends on at once... with my cheating. Send me a FR, LDeadEye, I'll get my goons and we'll have a party.

To staff, is there any real proof or credible reports of cheating? I'd like to know if people have actually been running around with all gold endorsements.. or has it just been people making silly accusations?

Scented Midget and anyone else accusing people of cheating. Unless you have some definite proof of it, we don't tolerate that on these boards. Consider this your first warning. No, there haven't been any new hacks reported since the Title Update and we're keeping a close eye on it.

Ekanaut. I do not have proof. But if i play him i will. We have eye witness' that were in the game at the same time. They can tell you how unfair it was. It was probably some of the greatest players i have played with, getting rocked by one guy. It was ridiculously unfair.

It is funny to see all this stuff about the gunner because it was the weakest class I tried today. I didn't play the assassin.Try as I might I just can not get behind people and grapple kill them without being detected. (I wish I could because that is the last achievement I need to get).

It was fun to play the tank. Assassins would grapple me from the front and when then I would just burn them or charge em.

Support was easy mode just like before. The bombs really need to have their range cut down a bit.

With the best accuracy on a gunner I had assault and assassins standing just outside my range and range killing me easy. I also had an assassin run spring right through my gunner hail of fire and 2 hit kill him with a katana.

Sniping did not seem to be much changed though I was a little frustrated with juiced gunners and tanks they were standing still and I was definitely aiming at their heads but with juice they were pretty much immune till it wore off.

Speaking of juice the rush is very much alive. I would personally like to see the juice vendor gone there is plenty if juice in regular play.

As for team balance. Since I do not platy with friends I hate getting into a group of random people who do not communicate against a party of people who play well together. It makes for short games. I'd like an option to join a game with no pre made parties (mercenary team crossfire so to speak).
