    did you get that we were also asking for rankings of the general type? (any vanilla game ranks you up or down and changes that number E.G. everyone has a number)

    Are there any more details yet on how the automatching will work? Will we just randomly get thrown into games with anyone from our own league, or will there be something more complicated? What will it be using to determine league? Elo?

    We will be matching you with the other people in your rank, starting with those closest to you, and then widening the search as time goes by.

    Most matchmaking pits you against marginally tougher opponents if you're on aa winning streak and weaker ones if you're on a losing streak. Ideally it should set you at an eventual 50/50 win rate.

    It might be a little early to ask this, but what ranking system are you planning to use? The PA Stats ladder currently gives us Elo and Trueskill, but we have found that Trueskill is much more accurate.

    I think his point is that in every match, one person is matched with someone ranked lower, and the other person is matched with someone ranked higher. There's no way for both people to be matched with someone who is ranked lower. ;)
