    i dont think melee is neccesary when we have closecombatunits like the inferno already ...
    but meh whatever ... to me that is rather modstuff then having any significance to the vanilagame ...

    I would like to see: Melee jumping bots.
    Will automatically jump before attack. Because it can improve your melee attack range.

    Jump:80-100meters
    Very fast speed
    High DPS
    Low HP
    Name:Ferret (the bot hunter bot)

    I played some ZeroK and most annoying part of it was sound of close combat unit hammering some structure somewhere. You never knew where that bastard is hiding because most of time it was behind something or almost inside. So no to close combat, they are quite useless without high hp, and with high hp they are hard to balance, or easy to be used for trolling opponents.

    Uber has stated that they think bots' special units should be medics, while vehicles should defend.
