Unable to resolve hostname

    that IP address I gave you is for uberent.com. At the very top of the message doesn't say uberent.com [184.72.44.57]?

    Every last one of those sites is pointing to your machine.:confused:

    Can you please do a ipconfig /flushdns see if that helps.

    I executed the command. Do I need to restart my computer or anything before doing ipconfig /displaydns again? cuz its still all the same.

    You'll need to ping uberent.com first thing you do and ping 184.72.44.57. If it's working correctly uberent.com will be there.

    EDTI: don't need to restart your computer?

    this is what it says when i ping any hostname. including uberent.com and google.com ss8.png

    Reset your router and any configurations in windows the default. The router should grab weather needs from your ISP. Also before doing this right down the current configurations just in case anything goes wrong. Unlikely anything would be disturbing safe than sorry.

    so, get rid of Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4?

    or are u saying to factory reset my router?

    Yes but make sure you have the current settings written down somewhere. Also remove Google DNS from your windows machine. It will get its DNS from the router.

    ok, lemme go warn everyone else in the house bout the reset.
    edit im not gunna reset til late night in order to not disturb my sisters iphone internet
