Uber pls: in-game tournament announcements

Turtling is a part of war. A GOOD part even. A FUN part.

The fact that you see turtling as inherently bad is merely another symptom of your dislike for strategy.

If you own a whole planet its natural to protect it in any way. You can't expand more of it, so you "turtle" on it. There's a difference in passive turtling in one spot on entire planet, and active turtling on entire planet, building army, resources, ways to invade enemy. Also planet like this is a sign for enemy saying "Hit me here! It will hurt!" Thats why people nuke planets, smash them, laserz them.

If I dislike strategy then why do I prefer the more large spectrum of games and dislike starcraft, COD, etc...?

There is an api to get all tournament info from exodus.
The eXodus eXports mod uses that to display upcoming tournaments on mainmenu.
