    so for the layman what would that potentionaly mean? ... would it be possible to then create more complex units maybe with optimised animations? like having the apropriate muzzleflash for a barrel on a multibarrelweapon?

    Looks like the issue of it spawning lots of extra stuff on Linux is fixed, good job :)

    Next update will be Coherent UI 2.6.x / Chromium 40 which should also improve Linux rendering support.

    113044 reverted modern back to libsdl 2.0.8 on Windows while we work around some defects in libsdl 2.0.9 that caused PA on Windows to stall or not respond.

    Balance changes are really nice. 4 years of air spam slowly dying. Some people think it's a complete disaster yet build 2 or 3 air factories on small land maps??? I don't understand that logic. Where are the ranked map changes? There is quite a lot of nasty surprises when they are not expected.

    TITANS 1v1 Ranked Map Pool Updates

    Aquilaris

    • Platforms opened to amphibious and hover units
    Bulkhead

    • Removed spawn platforms
    • Added 2 metal near the base
    Lost Temple

    • Reduced the amount of water metal
    • Increased the starting platform size
    • Moved metal closer to the base and into tighter clusters for defence
    Riddler

    • Increased base space by shrinking lava crevasse
    • Moved some metal points at the equator
    • Lowered the CSG around the air only metal
    • Reduced crater metal from 6 to 4

    you can get 4 fabs instead of 2 early game. If you want it extra spicy for a really small map, you can rush out an icarus and a fighter before enemy fighter is done and maybe snipe a fab or two. Dox will likely shoot it down. This has (rarely) worked when I used to do it vs low Ubers on the previous ladder on Loc and forge, its way cheaper than a spark drop and even in the worst case scenario you might end up trading it for a half HP fighter so its a net gain.

    Dunno if its a new bug but I've been noticing Levelers shooting at Commanders and missing because their shot arcs too high, passes over the top.

    Seems possibly planet radius related.

    I'm using Modern Test in Steam.

    Edit: not just Commanders, have observed similar on several different structures/units now.
