    Yeah, Garat should have gone for a Brutal Conqueror Achievement by going straight for Brad's commander for the com-snipe with his gunship squadron. :eek:

    Nothing wrong with airfabs if you can afford the energy to run them. You can get much more assisting the same factory than bot fabs.

    my thought was, gunships should have been t1, or both t1 and t2...

    my second thought is, did I almost see the return of the Rocko?

    I agree donut. The reasoning is by the time someone reaches t2 air they should be able to have a large t1 fighter squadron to make gun ships useless...

    i agree as well donut. i also noticed the damage dealt out by the gunships was extremely weak in comparison to its t2 bomber brethren.......

    The problem with a basic level gunship is that a player going early air would pretty easily be able to dominate a map. A handful of gunships would be able to harass any expansion anywhere on a planet within moments of a game starting.

    So build fighters and chase them down. This is equally true for bombers.

    yea t1 bombers arent really that devastating so a t1 gunship would be equally not to scary. by the time you can spam enough t1 bombers to be effective, your opponent generally has plenty of aa or fighters at the ready
