TITANS update 89755 now live

When player uses an attack move, only the sheller can stay away from the enemy.
Currently, almost every bot can't keep distance and just run into enemy fire.

For long range units, sheller obviously suppresses Gil-E and bluehawk.
Sheller has area of effect and longer weapon range.
Bluehawk has the ability of anti orbital units, so it is still a useful unit with an unique purpose.

But what is Gil-E designed for? I don't know.
It has the same weapon range as the bluehawk, but it has even lower DPS.
Its only unique ability is to intercept the tactical missile and to counter the catapult.
I don't think it is very meaningful.

Or its 180 view range is the real purpose?
Other T2 land units have no such long range of vision, except the titan.
But to be honest, T2 radar may be more useful.

In my opinion, the weapon range of Gil-E and sheller should be swapped.
So Gil-E gets a longer range, and sheller has the AOE.
Bluehawk can keep the same as now it is, just for anti orbital units.

Now I more worry about the Uber.
Will we still have the next patch for PA:Titan?
I hope that Uber won't go into bankruptcy.

Not sure, but I don't think it's been tried.

The Commander strategic icon is not displayed above the Colonel icons (as it should).

This is absolutely not the place to post that.

it is because it is an issue with the game .. a pretty severe one

I know there is a mod can replace the commander icon with hello kitty.
And you won't mistake it anymore.

Uber should remove PA from the steam store

Why? Did it stop working?

Because no one is buying PA who wouldn't buy Titans.

I thought the original had been removed for purchase.

They brought it back when they fixed the upgrade system.

Yeah, I've been forced to use it since the Titans release.

The thing is, they released a last expansion as a cash grab and then ran. I'm never buying anything again from Uber. Hopefully Ashes of Singularity will finally deliver a real RTS experience again post C&C and Supreme Commander.

This game had potential, but it never was made into a full real game.
