Titans, Stand-alone or DLC?

Hi all,

As a lot of you I received Titans for free!

But I'm wondering, in steam this game looks like it's a stand-alone game.

Why did Uber not release this as DLC?

Would be better IMO if we could just choose to enable DLC content in the original game, like with most games instead of PA needing 2 slots.

Also I feel like a lot of gamers who already purchased PA after launch will have to buy the new version for the full price after the discount is removed. Is that even fair?

It's both,
It's essentially an addon for vanilla PA,
But buying TITAN's gives you both if you dont already own PA making it appear to be standalone game.

You can actually toggle Classic mode in the settings - you could get rid of the old one if you wanted to declutter your Steam library
