Thoughts on BACON!!

I'm guessing something like it overheals you or gives increased crit rate. We already have a a way to get instant-juice, plus I don't think they'll throw another way to get juice when most agree that it's at least a little too common as is.

Maybe it may be armor drops, kind of like the speed drops

I was thinking that was a possibility too, but I'll be disappointed if it is. Armor is already a very common endorsement, and I use gold armor constantly, so it would do absolutely nothing for me.

The rarity of bacon makes it special. We already have juice rushing, the last thing we need is a bacon addict juicing lol. Leave as is, and damnit, now I wanna know what this new drop is!

Waiting patiently for some DLC info, but patience is not a virtue of mine, no, really it isn't.

Or perhaps the new drop will give you 3 gold sponsors. So it's like mini-bacon. And I completely disagree that bacon should stay as rare. More bacon more fun.

I've only gotten bacon twice and haven't noticed what it does...

It gives you every gold endorsement. EVERY ONE.

Bacon gives you all Gold Endorsements until you die.

Ah...sometimes I wish there was a rule book that came with this game.

Strangely enough, I have gotten bacon maybe once or twice in matchmaking, which I play 95% of the time. But I've probably gotten bacon like 10 times in Blitz, which I play very little of. Hmm... :?:

I've noticed this too but I think this is due to

1) crossfire has a more complex balancing act. Giving someone all gold endorsements vs other players is a pretty powerful advantage and thus should be more rare than players vs bots.

2) In crossfire you are racing with up to 11 other folks to pick up the bacon so you are chances are slimmer. That and people go out of their way to kill you as you go for the bacon, as opposed to bots who focus the moneyball.

The protips at the load screen aren't always just funny. The one that says "bacon makes you better at everything" gives a pretty good description of bacon's purpose.

It gives you all the endorsements at the gold level. All of them, not just the endorsements you have picked.

As the devs have said they are gonna add a new drop and maybe they'll reinsert the code that has a drop for every sponsor as they had in the game pre-launch
