    I personally think paying off valve to get a game on the front page makes a lot of profit. It definitely helped games like Payday 2, it got shown on the front page a lot, and they boomed in amount of people playing, especially during the summer sale.

    Advertising is tricky, kinda like gambling :D

    I think they did do that, each time the sales on PA happened. and if they did they should keep going.
