fix: availability of mass

reason: mass is too plentiful, and the hummingbird has a great feel to using them and watching them die.

Fix: Tune mex production down.
leave: T2 radar satellite
Reason: Scarce metal would but more focus on map control and expansion. I would cut mex production in half and see where it would take us. (Unit costs would probably also need some tweaking) I would make T2 mex cost energy to run. T2 orbital radar is a excellent unit. It rewards orbital control.

Interpeting vague response as "Adv. Mex" (didn't name a unit)

Adv. orbital radar was apparently a wrong answer and was left out of the list.

This is more difficult than it looks. I am suprised I didn't mess up when using my cell phone, but did mess up now that I am using an actual keyboard desktop.
