Honestly, this is the best money:gameplay/fun ratio I have gotten out of any game. But I don't play it that much anymore due to its issues. Also, my game-time is limited, (job + school + wife + daughter will do that to ya) so I don't have time to play every game I can think of. I have time to play one game a little bit every day. This means my gaming time is limited to the absolute best game I can play at the time. MNC would be that game forever if it could just get balanced and updated properly.

Even private matches have gotten rather stale in this game....I don't understand why anyone isn't excited about Brink. Class-based shooters are a rarity and this one has everything going for it.

Even if I wanted to play a different game, I can't. I still haven't beaten Portal 2 yet, because I always get sucked back into MNC. Update or no update, this game is still fun (Although when ME3 comes out, that's a totally different story).

Because the art-style is generic as hell?

Because I refuse point-blank to follow the bandwagon, much less jump in it?

Because I think Monday Night Combat is an incredible class-based third-person shooter and I don't see a reason to buy another class-based shooter?

Somewhat. Kind of like a mix between Borderlands and TF2 (just the character models) but I wouldn't call it generic as hell.

god forbid we get games with actual color , na i want more browns and grays flushed together in my games.

i doubt it will flop , i bet it will be kick *** but if i were to choose between brink and mnc , mnc wins by a longshot. that said i am getting brink but ill still play mnc

Brink has plenty of color in it. The character customization alone makes sure of that.

those pix do look pretty good , and the game is slightly more colorful than i thought

Although the environment is very grey, save for the green screens.

I'm looking forward to Brink. I love the character designs and the overall aesthetic of it. Splash Damage knows what they're doing.
