The Gunner is Overpowered.

    Gunner is my fav so far and i use gold accuracy and then max deploy for pesky snipers going for head shots. You can actually take people out from quite a far ways away with the increase accuracy. i do get backstabbed ALOT though. Nothing beats getting face stabbed then slam the assassin for a ring out. I have felt op though in a few matches. went 37-9 one game Gunnin'.

    if anything he feels underpowered i think, his grab move is pretty bad for a skill upgrade
    (Crazy idea)
    a skill where you made a decoy of your self whould be cool

    i dont like the grab skill either. i feel like i should be getting grabs alot more. you have to be practically touching the guy. ewwww.

    I can't sleep at night because of gunners...I'm afraid of staying still too long they'd mini-gun spank me

    But srsly, they are pesky as hell to kill as an assassin. They just need to press X and watch me fly. The best solution against them as an assassin is to catch them off guard.

    they're slow and dont move while they have their minigun down, it's an easy target.

    As an assassin, they make me rage. Any other class, eh, they're not that bad.

    With gold health and silver accuracy the only class that causes problems for the gunner is the support - assassins are no problem, and snipers are easily avoided by hiding around corners all the time

    I think that would be more along the lines of an Assassin or Support ability IMO.

    I find as a sniper, if I don't headshot them or freeze headshot them from a distance, I lose.

    I do think they are mad powerful, but that big *** head is just such a beautiful target. I do wish I could headshot them from behind. with that being impossible, that makes them a bit better defensively. I think they should move slower or be unarmored from behind.

    Of course, this game is kind of a rock, paper, scissor, game with some classes fairing better against others in certain situations.

    I play gunner mostly, I think anyone saying any class is overpowered just does not understand the game. It is turret defense, not ratio based... the idea is to support your bots to the other base and keep a steady flow going.

    The assassins can one shot gunners.. It happens to me all day, while I may go 30-10 as a gunner, my team often loses due to having 3 assassins or some odd garbege like that.

    It seems every character has another that is easy to kill, but none are overpowered.. this isnt Wow.. If anyone played Team Fortress 2 the classes are very similar.

    Now make us a pyro class....

    Well Tank has a Jet Engine that shoots flames and lights their head up like a chirstmas tree. I think you should write something constructive intelekt.

    Tank is basicly a Heavy armored Pyro and a counter for Assassin.

    Gunner can be countered by

    -Good Sniper
    -Support's Air Strike
    -Support's Firebase
    -Tank
    -Assault custom class usually destroys gunner

    Pyro... as in TF2 style.... a non slow flamethrower carrying class with the option for a shot or scattergun was what I was implying... I think if you read you will see I try to be nothing but constructive on the site...

    The jet gun is neat, but it doesnt scream flamethrower to me.. It was just a suggestion for a DLC class.. sorry so many people think the tank is the same, but it is not, the Pyro in tf2 was not considered slow.

    ... Everyone is a critic.

    I know what a Pyro is, i play TF2 everyday. And i can tell you that i would rather have a slow pyro with a long firebeam instead of the W+M1 pyro we have currently on TF2. They run around with a peanut as a brain. The Slower but more armored Tank in this game is more fair against Assassins. They have to aim!

    And beside this isn't TF2 and should never get any classes that have the same role as the current ones in TF2.

    Yes some resembles some of the classes like:
    Support: Medic and Engineer
    Tank: Pyro and Heavy
    Assassin: Spy
    And the list goes on and on and on.

    No "Pyro" alike class are needed in this game.

    Again, if you read the inital post, Pyro was the last of 3 things written... Its called a suggestion... and it is all based on opinion... Bleh this community seems to already be turning the forums into mundane arguments... read the whole thing and give "constructive" ideas... otherwise stop with the semantics...

    I have read the whole thing, and i say it again. No flamethrowers are needed. More classes would make the balance fubar.

    There are 6 perfectly fine classes, everyone can be countered by something else. That is my opinion. And yes i am critic.

    Wait, someone put gold in accuracy? You sure he just wasn't using Turret 3 mode or Bacon, because gunner accuracy with those two is scary awesome. You can shoot a twin line of bullets at someone with almost no spray. It's such a beautiful thing.

    The gunner is annoying to me due to how strong he feels but if my team were to stop being 3 assassins who just rush into the enemy base instead of taking down the gunner who is in a prime shooting spot, it would be a lot easier.

    I only just started playing sniper today and was annoying them more then anything :p if they have no speed endorsements on they are pretty much a stand still headshot. When playing as a class with bombs I usually try to keep an assault bomb ready to knock them away if I can reach them, or I run around the other side of the map to avoid 'em, not the best plan but it's better then being cannon fodder like the rest of my team.
