The ability to kick boosters

No no, I'm not talking about a general votekick. I'm talking about the ability to kick someone who's pulled host and gone AFK/AFC/Whatever you want to call it! I'm sick of playing down a teammate. Losing because they were better is acceptable. Losing because someone's all "Derp derp prestige bot and money without doing **** lulz" is not.

And you can seperate this from a votekick how?

If you give the players any form of kicking power, it will be abused.

If the game detects a player is an afk host, they should be kicked out during the map change lobby.
