I am available whenever too. Sorry I havent got back to your messages sooner, Goldie. I've had a busy week with school.

Seems like we just need an ok from chollo and Gunked and we should be good to play tomorrow night.

What time? Around 6-7 EST as usual in case wildman and his team can play?

Does he get on live any more? He still posts here so hopefully he checks this part of the forum still. I'll send him a pm on here and hopefully it'll get his attention.

If not, we'll need to find another sub, maybe we can see if Skill wants to play and we can put him on gunner/assault and chollo on the other(whichever chollo wants.)

Fun games tonight! You guys would definitely have had a better time with your whole lineup. I would say just focus more on team-shooting. Try to respond to call outs as well as making them. It's easy to just have everyone call out what they see and forget to listen to their teammates. Just try to make pushes and get your chemistry as tight as possible, which only comes from practice.
As for your individual skill, focus on awareness and gunskill, which comes from practicing in privates or even public games. Anyways, that's my advice if you'd like it. Good luck!

Thanks for the tips, Shammas. We were having trouble tonight coordinating since it was our first time playing as a team and I'm still not really sure what our gunner situation is. It would really help if we could get a strong gunner to commit(thanks for filling in wildman and Yan) and get chollo to play assault. The on match on laser we had to shuffle all of our classes around and that only made us even less competitive than usual.

That being said, thank you to my team for showing up. I appreciate Goldie taking it on herself to help me coordinate things as well as saying thanks again go our two subs. Hope we can play with our actually lineup next time(snack instead of murky, Gunked on gunner) but if anything else if we need to cobble a team together from us and DHIF to play every week I'm all for it.

I don't know if it just comes with time or maybe it's just me, but I have difficulty telling if people need help with bots or pros when they say they need help on left/right. I loose a lot of time chasing around as assassin for those shout outs. Any tips on that? (Not that it matters a ton since Knave is our sin)

im not the go-to sin guru but i would say dont chance down the sin unless youre looking for a heavy bot push. or he is pushing your bots heavy then you should probably call out the sin and have your gunner or assault make short work of him. Tanks are a bit slow to be able to kill a sin ( unless he has speed 3). Thats my strat at least feel free build your own. To add to this another good strategy is to make the enemy sin a top priority kill in the first minute or so, so they will have no bot pressure letting you start out with a heavy push on the lanes making the tank go out of mid, which is a huge benefit. A tank in the beginning is looking for the lazer pressure so his team can setup mid so pushing him back into the base is huge in the beginning but not so much later on. Thats my strategy in the beginning i dont know what anyone else uses.

Edit: Thats when juice was on so i dont know how people move around the map now since its different, but i assume it hasn't changed much

From my experience and my own calling out help means pros, and ppl usually say "bots left" if it's referring to bots. Also calling out classes instead of names helps too, example "tank left lane" and not "Shammas left lane" one alerts people a bot pusher is in the way, the other alerts a good versatile player capable of every class is in the left lane. What Shammas said is very true though. Calling out helps, but listening and responding to callouts helps even more. In those games last night our assist count always exceeded our kill count meaning we average more than two people responsible for every kill. We have a ton of mnc private experience as well as competitive experience in other shooters though so this was a skill we developed even before mnc, so we do have an edge, and it shows

Edit: Just looked at the statlines from the matches and u guys also had more assists than kills, now it's just a matter of getting it done in mid map and enemy base, cause team shooting for assists happens more easily in your own base for assist count than up in a spawn trap, that was the main difference last night, once we were in your base we refused to let you out lol except for lazor idk what miracle was doing, god damn afk jeff

Generally it comes down to your teammates being more specific at that point. There's no correct way to call out, it just comes down to figuring out what works best for you and your teammates. Try and figure out a nice efficient system that creates as little confusion as possible.
Also, try being as alert as possible. Try not to zone in on anything if possible, just keep a full mental view of the map. What I mean by this is to have an idea of where the enemy team is at all times, where they're going, who's on to you, where the bots are, etc. It seems overwhelming at first, but it becomes more and more apparent the more you practice. I'm totally willing to help you guys out with this if you'd like me to go over some of it with you.
