Pretty much all sports are boring IF you aren't participating.

Yeah, I never got the appeal of watching sports, or that whole team mentality where "we won yay!" but you as a fan did nothing to contribute xD

Well, you cheering them on, and them knowing that people are cheering them on, could give them the will power to make the plays to win.
