Suggestion for the Vanguards

suggestion ...
first: calm your nipples! all of you
putting each other through a meatgrinder doesnt help
anybody

second:
organise yourself properly so you can be as transperant
to the community as you need to
if neccesary use polls and statistics on stuff that is considered very important by the comunity

third:
comunication
it doesnt matter weither people disagree with something or not .. that is still no reason to shout at each other and be put through a meatgrinder
get yourselfs together and speak as polite as you can
even if you have something "negative" to say

I've talked with most all of the Vanguard on comms an cleared things up.

I've got a new suggestion for the Vanguards.

Have a clearly visible link in their signature that links to the post explaining what the vanguards are and what they do.

It might help out some people that are unclear with what they are.
