Still no trees.

I have been playing the alpha for a while now, but I haven't seen a single tree. I didn't report this at first because I saw other people had the same bug and assumed it would be fixed eventually.

Well it's been several updates, and the bug tracker says the no tress issue is fixed, but I still don't see any trees. Even on planets that are mostly green (which I assume is jungle, although I might have just been loading grassland planets)

Is anybody else still lacking in trees? I posted on the bug tracker with my system specs and alpha version, but I thought I'd also make a thread as well. Game is coming along excellently for everything else, love the new detail on moons.

I reopened the task for now, but as retrry pointed out your drivers are outdated. Please update them and report back.

I can confirm trees are there for me

I'm on it! And wow my driver is old. There is more than 50 versions between the old one and the new one :lol:

I update my driver and start a new game. Get really excited to see trees, and then...

A lifeless ball or cratered rock. I can confirm that boulders are now visible however.

Hehe I've had a planet look like a football alpha is alpha

So what about trees? I dunno if rocks ever had that problem^^

EDIT: I closed the task as trees work with the newest drivers.

Ill tell you when I get home. Right now I am at work on my phone. But my last two tries were an ice world followed by a temprate world that probably had trees but crashed right away before I could get a better look. I'll check again when I get Home but this is probably fixed.
