It's funny because the older ones didn't have campaigns either iirc. 1943, Vietnam, and maybe the even older ones didn't (can't remember anymore to be honest xD ) Eventually I guess they felt it needed one and so their campaigns have never really been the best.
I'd prefer they spend their resources on more MP content and making sure the launch doesn't have connection issues worse than an iPod on the far side of Mars. This was my 6000th post. That's fun.
It's not even that. There are people who get CoD for the SP. These people will be an absolutely tiny minority of the game's sales. You don't buy a predominantly-MP series for the SP. You go and buy an SP game for that. To buy a primarily-MP game and expect SP is just silly. And before anybody tries to tell me about Battlefront 2, the campaign was basically a series of MP levels. MP even has the hero system based on the map loaded (Vader and blue-saber Luke on Hoth, etc). The only unique part was the very, very shallow metamap tacked onto the Galactic War thingamagummies. Good fun, all of it. I have countless hours in it across three versions of the game. But I know exactly what it was, and exactly what it wasn't.
i would say hold of a month ... cause ea and battlefield 4 and bad releases .. and doubts that it will be ever as good as battlefront 2
According to PCMR the HOTAS is cheap crap. But... This is friggin awesome. Can we just take out the PS4 and spend that money on better materials for the helmet?
Rogue One is a future Star Wars movie. Beyond that? Rogue Leader was an amazing GameCube game. Which is probably what this stuff is based off of.
BETA IS 8TH OF OCTOBER LADS! http://starwars.ea.com/starwars/bat...r-wars-battlefront-beta-is-coming-october-8th
Just a friendly reminder that the star wars battlefront beta begins in a week. Get your testing spreadsheets ready, folks. Also, prepare for SERVER OVERLOADS. TBH that's what I'm concerned about the most: crash by server implosion.
