    I agree that Deathmatch is always a part of any objective game type but you should not be rewarded for it. Killing another player in an objective game type should be done only as a means to gain an advantage allowing you to better complete said objective(s). Sadly, most developers cannot think outside this 'Deathmatch' box.

    What has me worried is as you stated, it only takes two players to push lanes while the rest of the team plays TDM. For this map, it will only take one player to push the lane leaving the rest of the team to play TDM.

    Assault can push the hell out of lanes. Their grenade launcher is awesome for killing waves of bots...

    But the general consensus of the board is they aren't the bot killers assassins and tanks can be.

    ok this might have been addressed already but is the blue side meant to have cover while the red has an open section to shoot down from?

    is the example, icemen have cover and 2 paths, the hotshots have 1 path that is open i'm sure its meant to be that way but i just thought that maybe icemen have a little advantage off the spawn as they can dance around the cover but if they rush hotshots have nothing?

    It's a small map... lots of things are right by the spawn.
