Should people see your landers when they leave the orbit?

As of now, i think I'm in the "give everyone visibility" camp.

I just think it creates more of a tense situation if you see the enemy going off world, and you haven't got orbital yet, at least then you have a chance to chase, or attempt to prepare for the inevitable moon drop.
