Will the adjustable d-pad prevent the dreaded yellow skill from being auto-picked? We'll find out later.

It doesn't help. I find that the best way to avoid accidentally picking the yellow skill is to take your time. If you give yourself a coupe extra seconds, you'll never pick the wrong skill. Sorry tanks.

But the Razer Onza TE isn't shiny at all!

I love my controller. It's all worn out and bitten and smelly. I could never get a shiny one

I own one of these, and no, they don't help at all. But the chrome color is very shiny.

The tank is the only class that needs to pick passive 2 quickly. Every other class can and needs to take their time.

Typical in-game mindset while playing tank:

"Oh hey look, a really bad assault is chasing me. My health is in the red, I'll just charge around this corner, buy passive 2, and then come out with full health blazing away with mah jet gun."

*Charges away, and opens up skill menu"

"Oh ****, he's chasing me around the corner, gotta buy passive 2 quick.

*Buys deploy 2 instead of passive 2"

"OH WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF"

Supports get full health at Passive 3, and Gunners get their Minigun reloaded at Passive 3.

I never noticed that about the support and I forgot about the gunner.

and do you have any idea how BS it is to buy bomb and fly when you spawn?

This is what my first post was talking about. There's no need to rush like that at the start of the match. Take a couple extra seconds and make sure you pick the right skills because I know exactly what that feels like. I haven't picked the wrong skill in a long time now.

those couple seconds can mean the difference between pushing the far wall of spunky and defending your side, as well as the dome on ammomule.

Would've been better if they had split up the D-pad into four separate buttons.

From what I understand, this wouldn't make a difference.

I just got this controller as well. The joysticks are also slightly different than the normal controller. It also looks awesome.

The D-pad is definitely nicer this way as well.

How would it not? Down is obviously mapped to down and so on.. so I can't really se why it wouldn't. It's like saying that by pushing the a button, you'd instead of jumping - begin to shoot.
