Very true, as always I think the best option is to 'vote with your feet'... Still I think where PA is concerned Uber have delivered quite a bit and they're still working on it. The way some talk you'd think they'd taken their money then jetted off to Tahiti never to return :S

Exactly this ^^ , for me PA is promise of Zero-K with bigger community and veteran devs, quality balance etc.

And people voted, that is why HR did not get all funding.
