Can't wait for the new metal crater.
Believe I just found me a forum avatar
awesome thread btw
I'm bumping up this thread with some new screenshots from offline mode and more!
Mobilizing the tank army:
Bombers flying around a commander's death nuke after sniping him:
Lagless planet smash:
Nuke about to crash into enemy base:
Red Alpha and his base:
Another roasted ice planet:
How do you guys get these low-angle shots?
Freecam or debug camera. Check the keyboard tab.
CTRL + M on default, this way you can use WASD to fly around where R and F control up and down and shift activates 'turbo'
So THAT'S how to move faster. Damn, wish I'd known that ages ago.
Quitch actually didn't know that?
Wow... I'm impressed.
Astraeus UFO technology
Astraeus OP. Pls nerf :/
Was messing around on a 40 AI Statera game of extreme lag so what else was I to do but take epic screens?
More screenshots for player enjoyment, coming up!
Nuke primed to launch:
Oh no, look behind-
Is it over?
I do love the colours that come with the custom games. Navy and lime green is the best.
Great screens by the way <3
also is that darker nights aswell?
Ill just post a few today.
Wish I could use darker nights, but i get the AMD lighting bug. (someone needs to fix this issue) so I use the fix, but it interferes with the darker nights so I'm a bit stuck :/
(Getting an upgrade to GTX 970 soon, so all will be well...)
It's a sort of darkish nights. Halfway between dark nights and vanilla.
Uh 970 might be a bad move judging by the support forum- looking at a previous gen 780 would be a safer bet as the drivers actually work.....
Does this mean I get to say "I told you so"?
It's tricky as some people are running the 970 without issue- apparently something to do with a bug where it crawls if you have 4 memory slots populated? I just find it amusing given the number of people 'in the know' who declare how much better Nvidia drivers are if anyone dares to suggest an AMD card. Admittedly there are bugs with AMD drivers (like this guy is noting), it's just worth remembering *Nvidia have bugs too* I personally have no specific allegiance, and having owned both I've had equal enjoyment and frustrations with both vendors.
Yeah I saw a thread on that, I only have 2 slots populated so I'm hoping ill not get the performance issues. I was going o go 780 but I'd be all up for the power gains.
