Renegade X - Anyone In?

Is it on Steam Early Access or something?

It really should be.

They can't promise it to be on steam, even though it interacts with steam to use steam-account for ladders and such.

Totem Arts is not EA so they have little rights over their own game that they make. They have to ask for a lot. They cannot monetize it, and Steam may not cooperate with them based on it being a completely free game with no transactions at all.

I agree it should be. EA could come up with something that favors them if needed.

I just found out TotalBiscuit did a video on it. Neat.

Vote for it in the Indie Awards for Tactical Shooter?

End of February, 2015, is the guesstimation for Beta 4 patch. Includes several bug fixes, balance changes, smoke grenades to block fire from Base Defenses, and emp grenades to disarm groups of explosives. Increases infantry infiltration as an option. Also includes 3 maps ported from the old game being: Under, Complex, and Canyon.

Renegade X Beta 4(.01) is out! This is the official forum's post and changelist and download and junk.

Also, this is a petition to put it through Steam Greenlight. Sign it, but take note the devs won't sponsor this without first simply getting in contact with EA as they understand EA can be hostile and Battlefield Hardline just came out, so signatures are appreciated but don't afixiate on it too strongly yet.

I haven't played since the first public release. When I get a bit more free time I'll have to look into it again.
