I bet they are still working on it. When Garat said this the team that was developping PA was twice as big as it is now, so it was possibly lowered in priority for things like the unit cannon and system editor we got recently. But I bet it will be one of the next big features that will be released since it is the one most complained about

I still have an on-going issue whereby I cannot load my own last replay from the leaderboard display, but it loads fine from the replays screen. Trying to load it from leaderboards leads to an instant Failed to Start Replay screen.
