Could explosions be made attached to the team of the destroyed unit instead of to the wreckage color so that we can have team colored explosions please?
All unit effects have knowledge of the team colors for the unit that spawned them. If you're referring to team coloring the explosions from the commanders, planetary impacts, Boom bots, and mines, these effects don't actually spawn from a unit so they don't have knowledge of the unit that may have created them or by extension their team color.
Would it be possible without too much trouble to change it so that boom, mine, and comsplosion effects do have knowledge of them?
What do you mean? Isn't the behaviour this mod was implementing the default in the current version of PA now? Or does this mod do something more that the current PA doesn't do?
Because I don't know what I'm talking about and how the mods work internally, I'm just asking to make sure it should work in the latest official build.
This mod is no longer needed, as @DeathByDenim mentioned, since it is included in "vanilla" (i.e : the stock game, without mod)
So now the new question is - can someone make a mod the re-introduces the vanilla one into the game? I quite liked it and am disappointed to see it go...
