[REL] Economic Efficiency UI Mod

    I'd propose:

    100 - 81 = green
    80 - 66 = yellow
    65 - 51 = orange
    50 - 0 = red

    It make sense as :

    80% => building last 1.25 time more time
    66% => building last 1.5 time more time
    50% => building last 2 time more time


    i agree with that.

    What about >100%? It should be something like flashing red because you can't get worse than >100%.

    Good point. I'd amend my original to:

    > 100 = (bright) blue flashing / pulsating
    99 - 81 = green
    80 - 66 = yellow
    65 - 51 = orange
    50 - 0 = red

    Except not pulsating because I need my screen to see and me punching it will not be conducive to good play.

    Yeah, that's why instead of actually flashing I think the glow should get stronger as the efficiency gets worse. I would be ok with a light slow pulse though.

    Well I would like an obnoxious flashing option because if I start floating eco then I should be nonstop spending my eco hard to get rid of that damn flashing.

    Why stop at flashing? Make it make a really loud annoying noise too! (perhaps have this configurable in the options...)

    Could you add a setting to use the old design?
    I personally do not like the new one.

    I suspect I'll be sticking with the new (and clearly inspired by this mod) vanilla design going forward, but I want to thank @SatanPetitCul for all his hard work on this mod. It has been a vital part of my setup for almost as long as its been around. Thank you for helping make this a better game.

    Also at work, but if you can bring your mod up-to-date, I'd love to continue using it. I'm a bit thick, you see, and need bright colours to know what the hell I'm doing :)

    They totally need to steal the blue as well so it forms something that feels like a proper gradient. Sorian, when talking about the spectator view, said he didn't use blue for overflow in that because he didn't want to seem like he was stealing from anyone.

    Thanks for the pictures.

    It seems that they also change the colors rules, as we can see negative values in green.


    Not sure if it worth to work on the mod actually, i will have a look to modification to see if an update can be done easily.

    well they should totally steal it and mention SatanPetitCul in the credits or something. or give him a commander he has not access to.

    I'm interested to see if the colours are based purely on storage.
