One more thing I would like to see :
When auto build is off I would like to get notifications instead.
    Like 4 Idle factories !
I don't want to put auto build on but I want to be notified, if that makes sense ?

Great, every factory type can now auto-build :D

I've changed it so the counter increments even when the actual auto-building is disabled. So it now shows when the mod wants to build always instead of just when it's enabled. When the counter is moving and the mod is disabled, you should check for idle factories. Will that do?

I realise I made a minor error in the news description, nvm.

That will do but it's not working in this version yet.
Also Style your button in live_game to be Uber's style :)

Version 1.2 is up on pamm which does the counter thing. Styling is a good idea, will save it for next update as I;ve had enough for now. I didn't bother before as the mod was rough anyway, I guess it's cleaned up a bit now.

I really like this mod but you can make an easy style change to make it fit PA's other buttons. Just use:
    Code:
    <input type="button"

Thank you, it is fixed in 1.2.1.

The new PAMM allows for mod thumbnails, here's my crappy attempt:

I thought broken infinity makes sense, but mainly it was easy to do. If someone wants to make a better icon feel free. The icon will go in in the next update, which could be anytime over the next few days.

    Updated to v1.3. Changes:
    • Crappy icon
    • Each factory type has its own metal and energy % thresholds

Independent thresholds means you can prioritise some units being auto-built over others (like t2>t1, build less AA units than normal units, always build nukes and anti-nukes, build more offensive units than fabbers, etc).

Should be live on PAMM later today, maybe tomorrow.

Here's a better looking version without all of the pixels.

EDIT: Oops, I left some white pixels in there. This is better.

    Love the mod. Suggestions:

Is it possible to add a button that runs the check once? Or maybe if you double click the main button?

Is it possible to add a button that appears if you have idle factories and selects them when you click it? Could you do the same for idle fabbers?

I would start using this if I could trigger it manually.

Done. There's now a 'manual' button under the enable/disable button which does the auto-build once when you press it, and also a hotkey (default '\') as an alternate way to trigger it. As the user specifically requested the manual execution, we can safely ignore whatever the user has currently selected, which is nice. I expect many will use the mod exclusively for the manual function, as the auto function has annoying quirks (that I can't get rid of).

One more thing, you can hold the hotkey and it will build as many items as the key is 'pressed' whilst the factory is warming up (which is dependent on your os's 'keyboard character repeat delay' and 'keyboard character repeat speed').

Would you mind updating the OP with the manual button info?

Ok. I'll update the description when I update the mod, which should be soon as the new patch will break it.

    edit:
I recommend you disable this mod until I've updated it. If not today then it'll probably be at the weekend.
