Maybe invert it: A sketch effect on the pros?

And a new team member's popped up: different country to any of us, so one to the flag and plays many, many classes, so multiple pros.

I'd say those sound too heavy handed, I was thinking like a 2 or 3% gaussian blur on the flags, or maybe outline the pros and add slight drop shadow with no offset so they "glow" a bit to set them off.
