Ranked Matchmaking race?

I'm going to engage in a race I can win, the race to bronze.

Bronze Nicholson is already the all-time champion of bronze.

we can play and bet something but you'll probably just refuse to pay up again.

Possible Solution to Ranked and how it is calculated:

Bronze: <%25 win
Silver: <%45 win
Gold: <%65 win
Plat: <%85 win
UBER: >%85 win

I really doubt it, since the whole point is to get you to a position where your win/loss is 50%. It's far more likely based on the hidden rating, and there should be some targets for league positioning e.g. 20% of players would be in bronze, 30% in silver, 5% in Uber, etc.

In LoL the distribution of ranked players is 30% 40% 15% 10% 5% 0.1%

That's bronze, silver, gold, platinum, diamond, master and challenger. Out of the 10 or so million active ranked players in LoL in North america. Only I think 500 or so are master or challenger
