I'm mostly sure this has to do with your severely outdated GPU.

i just needed to update some drivers everything works great now!

Out of curiosity and the benefit of others coming after you, which drivers did you update and where did you get them from?

um..im not shour what drivers need to be updated but SXX helped me fix this
